UniTeller Website

UX/UI

Summary: I served as the design lead at The Spark Group to create a website for them that matched their new brand identity. This included a redesign of their front end and back end website. Visit The Spark Group work portfolio here.

Timeline: 2 months (from prototyping through building and setting live)

Team: Design Lead with a front-end and back-end developer.

Challenge: Redesign the front-end and back-end UI of the UniTeller website to reflect the new identity of the brand.

Role: Design Lead - Create prototypes and design the new front-end and back-end pages of the website. Assist engineers through building and QA by sending all specs and assets.

Solution: Since all traffic was driven to the website, we injected iconography and pictograms into UniTeller’s main online hub so users would constantly relate the eye-catching design with the trustworthiness behind the UniTeller brand. To be sure that we infused UniTeller’s new branding effectively, we also included logotypes, visual stylings, guidelines to usage of photography, and other pivotal elements that would help unify the UniTeller brand.

Results: A 98.7% website traffic increase, an increase in CTR by 56.2% and an increase in conversions by 94.4%.
